𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Develop & maintain strong trustworthy relationships to customers.
- Handle all new enquires thru Academy phone & for walk-ins.
- Handle the operation of all aspects of venue; ex. reservations, claims, venue utilization, facilities, etc.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Business acumen.
- Excellent customer-orientation & networking skills.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Excellent Command of English & Excel.
- Prior or current involvement in the sports field as an athlete or other participant is a plus.
- Passionate about swimming!
