Training & Documentation Manager

Job Description

- Assist the Operations & Engineering Manager in his duties.

- Responsible for setting up processes, methods, and organisation for training & documentations.

- Prepare, validate and deploy corrective action plans following performance analyses.

- Interview and validate new staff after the HR process.

- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to issues relating to the company’s Rail Safety Manual, Health & Safety Manual and current Policies & Procedures.

Job Requirements

  • - Diploma / Degree in Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. with Physics / Electronics / Computer Science.
  • - Valid driving license.
  • - Minimum 8 years’ experience of extensive proven gained in a railway operation or similar environment
  • - Good English.
