·         Perform requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community.

·         Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.

·         Collaborate with the UX team to ensure UX design aligns completely with documented business requirements.

·         Perform detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.

·         Support developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.

·         Support the product manager in product positioning, release planning, and vision/roadmap creation/update.

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business information systems, business studies, computer science/information technology, information management systems.

·         Experience from 3 to 5 years in developing industry-standard Business Requirements and Technical Specifications.

·         Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

·         Unified Modelling Language (UML).

·         Knowledge of business use of technology.

·         Good business awareness with interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.
